The wire hoop is from Chalk Couture and the words are from the transfer Make It Bloom also from Chalk Couture.
Paint Used: (Country Chic) Base coat with Rocky Mountain and top coat color used is Vanilla Frosting. Scrapbook paper and Mod Podge was used for the pattern on the flower center.
