Base and Pine Board is not included. You would need to purchase a 1 X 10" 48" Long pine board.
Paint Used: (Country Chic) Base coat with Rocky Mountain. Top coat colors used Sage Advice, Bee's Knees, Nightfall, Peachy Keen, Sunday Tea & orange of your choice. Scrapbook paper and Mod Podge was used for the back piece of sign.
